NATCHEZ — Services for Frankie Skipper Williams, 90, of Natchez, who died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater St. James Baptist Church with the Rev. James Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home, LLC.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams was born Nov. 20, 1919, in Natchez, the daughter of Burl Skipper and Louise Skipper. She was a member of Greater St. James Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Amanda Parker; one son, Mance Williams III; two brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Mance Williams Jr.; one daughter, Mance “Cookie” Mitchell; two sons, Elisha Williams and wife, June, and Larry Williams; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
