NATCHEZ — Services for Wayvette Lashon “Dee Dee” Moore-Neal, 37, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at Riverland Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Daughters of Zion Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Bradford Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Moore-Neal was born Jan. 11, 1973, in Natchez, the daughter of the Rev. D.W. Howard Sr. and Margueritte Moore. She was a member of AFT, athletic sponsor and a member of Ferriday High School Lady Trojans. She was employed by Ferriday Lower Elementary School.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include her husband, Evans DeWayne Neal; one son, Malik Sylvas; her mother; her father and stepmother, Carrie Howard; four sisters, Melissa Ashley, Tanaka Butler and husband, Coby, Tayarta Brown and Shaneye Augusta; one brother, D.W. Howard Jr.; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
