FERRIDAY — Services for Debra Lynn Gossett, 50, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010, in Natchez, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Reed officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gossett was born June 30, 1960, in Newellton, La., the daughter of Owen Freadrick Mize and Nora Mae Mize.

Survivors include her father of Ferriday; her mother of Natchez; one daughter, Heather Hollis and husband, Brandon; one son, James Alex Gossett; grandson, Tristan Hollis, all of Natchez; one brother, James Larry Mize of Blue Ridge, Ga.; one sister, Cindy Reneé Guzman of Natchez; two nieces, Ashlyn and Carleigh Mize; and two nephews, Justin Guzman and Derek Aucoin.

Pallbearers will be Davy Mize, Justin Guzman, Kenny Fife, Matt Long, Richard Mize and Timothy Mize.

Honorary pallbearer will be L.J. Morris.
