It’s time for a new tradition at Trinity Episcopal Day School! The first Trinity Turkey Trot 5K walk/run and kids fun run will take place at 7 a.m. Saturday at Beau Pré Country Club. The 5K run/walk will wind through the beautiful Beau Pré neighborhood on this crisp fall Saturday morning.

Please come out and enjoy a fun time for the entire family while raising money for a good cause! The proceeds from the Turkey Trot will go the parent teacher organization at Trinity School. During tough economic times when individual donations are at a minimum, it is so important for the PTO to raise money to supplement the classrooms with funds. The PTO will use funds raised to purchase educational equipment for the school and help the teachers purchase items on their wish lists for their classrooms.

This is an opportunity to raise money and set an example of good health for the entire family.

We all know how important exercise is for all ages, so get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. However, in case of rain, the event will be rescheduled at a later date.

Registration fees are as follows:

45K for ages 18 and up: $25

45K for ages 17 and under: $15

4Kids one mile fun run: $10.

Register as soon as possible to receive a Turkey Trot T-shirt and a goody bag. First come, first served! Registration forms will be accepted up to and even on the day of the event. Please arrive at 6:30 a.m. if registering the day of the event.
