Entergy president to speak at Alcorn business school

LORMAN — Haley Fisackerly, president and chief executive officer of Entergy Mississippi Inc., will address the Alcorn State University community Jan. 25.
Fisackerly is scheduled to speak on the Lorman campus at 12:30 p.m. in the Extension Research Complex at the Ray Johnson Auditorium.
Fisackerly was named president and CEO of Entergy Mississippi Inc. in June 2008.
Fisackerly grew up in Columbus and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mississippi State University.
He earned a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in executive, legislative and regulatory management from George Washington University.
“This is an excellent opportunity for our students to interact with a prominent business leader,” stated Interim Dean of the School of Business Vivek Bhargava, Ph.D. “Exposure to the ideas, insights and accomplishments of distinguished speakers such as Mr. Fisackerly, expands the realm of possibilities for the university’s students and the community.”
