FERRIDAY — Services for Casey Bouviere Johnson, 44, of Vidalia, who died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Anthony Jones officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnson was the son of Josephine R. Hawkins. He was a graduate of Vidalia High School and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College. He was a medic in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Johnson attended Bethel Church.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Curtis and Addie Johnson; his stepfather, Samuel Hawkins; three uncles, Quentin Johnson, Marshall Johnson and Ira Jordan; and one cousin, Mary Ann Wilson.

Survivors include his wife, Alberta Johnson; four children, Simeon Fletcher and wife, Jessica, Kevin Johnson, Cassie Johnson and Jordan Johnson; his mother; one brother, Charles Wayne Johnson; five sisters, Dinah L. Johnson, Addie Hooper, Ruthel Johnson, Quenta Johnson and Chakatria Johnson; two aunts, Joanna Washington and Norma West; and one uncle, Charles C. Johnson and wife, Lillian.

Pallbearers will be Rickey Hollins, Curtis Washington, Belby Washington, Julius Wilson, Donald Ray Hooper, Ken Johnson and Donald Curtis Hooper.
