FROGMORE, La. — Services for Katie Lewis, 73, of Ferriday, who died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. James Baptist Church in Frogmore with the Rev. Theodore Walker officiating.

Burial will follow at Mount Zion Church Cemetery in Wildsville, La., under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lewis was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Frogmore, the daughter of William Jordan and Rose Lewis.

Survivors include two sons, Donald Lewis of Ferriday and Duane Allen of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Dorothy Jefferson and Darlene Allen, both of Ferriday; two brothers, James Lewis and wife, Paula, of St. Gabriel, La., and Arthur Lewis and wife, Inez, of Bridge City, La.; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and five aunts.
