NATCHEZ — Private family graveside services for Eunice Geraldine Francis, 87, of Natchez, who died Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at the Natchez City Cemetery.

Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Mrs. Francis was born July 4, 1923, in Jefferson, Texas, the daughter of John Saunders and Myrtle Reed Saunders.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John C. Francis; and two brothers, Charles Saunders and James Saunders.

Survivors include one son, John C. Francis of Henderson, Nev.; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, John Saunders of Ridgeland; and a number of nieces and nephews.
