NATCHEZ — Services for Pearl Johnson, 70, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Leon Howard officiating.

Burial will follow at Skinners Cemetery on Liberty Road under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Johnson was born June 5, 1940, in Natchez, the daughter of George Stevenson and Louise Morrison. She was employed by Natchez Public Schools and attended Ebenezer Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Johnson; her parents; one sister, Maris Gordon; and one brother, Earl Stevenson.

Survivors include 12 children, Earl Johnson, Linda Johnson, Sarah King, Evelyn Johnson, Patricia Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Evyonne Weatherspoon, Brenda Myles, Rosemarie Johnson, Cheryl Johnson, Vera Wilkinson and Zeona Bradley.

Pallbearers will be Michael King, Marcus Gardner, Antonio Smith, Nicholas Butler and Albert Brown.
