BUDE — Services for Willie Smith Jr., 73, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011, at Adams County Nursing Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at Bude Church of God in Christ.

Burial will follow at Higdon Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mr. Smith was born June 4, 1937, in Franklin County, the son of Willie and Mattie Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Albert Smith, Earnest Smith and George Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche Smith; two daughters, Brandy Williams and Tanganecka Green; three sons, Corey Williams, Keith Williams and Wesley Hickingbottom; five sisters, Georgia Mae Smith, JoAnn Hall and husband, Vel, Wilhemenia Spicer, Margie Moore and husband, Forest, and Grace Holloway and husband, A.D.; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
