Co-Lin officials, including members of the Board of Trustees, along with state, regional and local officials are expected to attend.

Garner, retired Co-Lin president, was instrumental in the development of the center, overseeing the purchase of the land off Col. Pitchford Parkway, and earning approval of the Adams County Board of Supervisors for funding.
