FERRIDAY – Services for Vina Elizabeth Howard, 66, of Ferriday, who died Monday, March 7, 2011, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rufus Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Consurella Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Howard was born July 2, 1944, in Ferriday, the daughter of William Clark and Golden Howard Clark.

She was a homemaker.

Ms. Howard was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Delia Mae Clark; four brothers, Pastor Joseph White, Joe Allen Clark, Joe Woodrow Clark and Eddie Lee Clark.

Survivors include one brother, William Clark of Ferriday; one sister, Delia Nash of Muskegon, Mich.; one aunt, Vina Matthews and husband, Lewis, of Ferriday.
