GLOSTER — Services for Benny O’Neil “Bubba” Boss, 54, of Gloster, who died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, will be at noon Saturday at Damascus Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Boss was born Feb. 25, 1957, in Amite County, the son of Johnie and Arma Gene Cooper Boss. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Peggy Roberts; and one brother, Jackie Boss.

Survivors include three daughters, Yolanda Norman, Kreshonda Collins and Tangela Walker; a longtime devoted friend and companion, Rose Marie Cruse and her daughter, Kaylin Cruse, and her son, Worner Cruse; three sisters, Barbara Walker and husband, Earnest, Betty McDowell and Ella Boss; four brothers, Terry Boss and wife, Sherri, Moyese Boss and wife, Solena, Roy Boss and wife, Michelle, and Aubrey Boss; two aunts, Fannie Cooper and Fannie Boss; a special niece, KeZyia “Zy” Causey; five grandchildren; five sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
