McCOMB — Services for Mittie Catherine McKlemurry, 66, of Pierre Part, La., formerly of Magnolia, who died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Napoleonville, La., will be at 2 p.m. today at Catchings Funeral Home Chapel with Connie Felter and the Rev. David Cumbest officiating.

Burial will follow at Pike Memorial Gardens under the direction of Catchings Funeral Home in McComb.

Mrs. McKlemurry was born Nov. 5, 1944, in Monroe, La., the daughter of Albert and Edith Shows. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John “Bobby” McKlemurry; and four brothers, Billy Shows, Lee Shows, Toby Shows and Jackson Shows.

Survivors include one son, John “Mike” McKlemurry and wife, Wendy, of Pierre Part; four daughters, Linda Van Vlymen and husband, Kenneth, and Suzanne Wells and husband, Marty, all of Berryville, Ark., Rona Adams and husband, Bill, of Eureka Springs, Ark., and Jamie Allen and husband, Jay, of Kentwood, La.; one brother, Albert Shows Jr. and wife, Carrie, of Gilbert, La.; two sisters, Irene Irons of Natchez and Laura Kesler of Pierre Part; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

The daughters thank their brother for the special support he gave their mother.
