Copiah-Lincoln Community College Special Interest program is offering “Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People,” a workshop for anyone who has always wanted to play the piano. David Haynes will lead the class from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18.

If you yearn to experience the joy of playing piano, but you don’t want years of weekly lessons, this short course is for you. A tortuous regimen of scales, exercises, note reading, counting and theory usually associated with piano lessons is not necessary.
