NATCHEZ — Services for Deana Liz DeLaSalle, 48, of Fayette, who died Monday, March 28, 2011, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russell Wagoner officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Deana was born June 16, 1962, in Natchez, the daughter of James E. Keating and Nancy Whetstone Keating. She was a 1980 graduate of Cathedral High School. She retired from the Natchez post office, where she was a clerk and a member of the APWU.

Deana was a loving and supportive mother of two and grandmother of three. She loved animals and was especially fond of horses.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include one daughter, Heather N. Boyette; one son, Christopher A. DeLaSalle; one granddaughter, Catisen D. DeLaSalle; two grandsons, Christopher G. DeLaSalle and Bradley S. Boyette; her mother; one brother, James F. Keating Jr.; two nephews, Garrett F. Keating and Colton W. Keating; her former husband, Johnnie M. DeLaSalle; a special friend, Joe Stutzman; and members of the Keating family in Covington, La.

Pallbearers will be Garrett Keating, Colton Keating, Chad Boyette, John Sanders, Michael Yackey and Glynn Buford.

Honorary pallbearers will be Clyde Keating, Joe Stutzman and Johnnie M. DeLaSalle.
