NATCHEZ — Services for Laura Lee Jordan, 68, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Jeff McClure officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jordan was born April 17, 1942, in Georgetown, S.C., the daughter of Isaiah Levens and Florence Barnhart Levens. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert Isaiah Jordan; and two sisters, Wilda Jean Lindsey and Mary Alice Peoples.
Survivors include one son, James Wiley Jordan Jr. of Natchez; one daughter, Angela Southern of Natchez; two grandchildren, Hailey Leanne Jordan and Christopher Bryan Britt; one great-grandchild, Malrissia Schyane Britt; one sister, Linda Carlton of Natchez; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Danny Bamburg, Billy King, Andy Britt, Joe David Peoples, Glen Peoples and Christopher Lee.
Honorary pallbearer will be James Wiley Jordan Sr.
