NEW ORLEANS — A funeral Mass for Julie Granier Bragg, M.D., 39, who died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, will be at noon Saturday at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum under the direction of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Julie was a 1989 graduate of Archbishop Blenk, Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and LSU Medical School. She was a physician at Westside Pediatrics.

Dr. Bragg was the daughter of James C. Granier and Mary Nell Barre Granier; wife of James W. Bragg Jr., M.D.; mother of James W. Bragg III; sister of Steven Granier, M.D., and wife, Patricia; aunt of Hillary, Amanda and Mallory Granier; daughter-in-law of James and Betty Jo Bragg; and sister-in-law of Lisa Bragg.
