Ben Hillyer | The Natchez Democrat — Vidalia Junior High School students Jada Ganey, Morgan Mulvihill and Emily Everett reacted to a real-life example of the dangers of stalkers and other offenders lurking on the Internet.
Area junior high and middle school students attended a workshop on Internet safety sponsored by the Miss-Lou Regionalism Education and Workforce Subcommittee. Students listened to presentations on both sides of the river that highlight many of the dangers with giving out your personal information over Internet social media sites.
Ben Hillyer | The Natchez Democrat — Monica Ford, a computer forensics examiner from the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office showed how computer users can use information provided on Facebook and other social websites to stalk children.
