In fact, with the steady breezes, most everything blew away as the two struggled to put together a birthday party for 1-year-old Ivyiana Fleming under one of Duncan Park’s picnic pavilions. Proby tries to untangle the pink and white crepe paper streamers in which Burns found herself tangled.
