NATCHEZ — Memorial services for Kathy Sue Ratliff, 59, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Scott Green officiating.

Mrs. Ratliff was born May 4, 1952, in Natchez, the daughter of Chuck and Norma Sue Willis. She was her mother’s caretaker and a member of First Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenny Willis and one son-in-law, Larry Burt.

Survivors include her mother of Natchez; father and stepmother, Thelma Willis, of Benton, Ark.; one daughter, Karen Burt of Natchez; and one son-in-law, Shelby Ballard of Natchez.

Kathy spent her whole life caring for unwanted animals. Her family request memorials be made to the Natchez-Adams County Humane Society.
