Mr. and Mrs. Billy R. Graves of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Strahan Graves to Michael Ryan Goeddertz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Goeddertz of Bridge City, Texas.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez, a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson and the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She is currently pursuing a masters of clinical psychology at Lamar University and is employed by Landmanor, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, as a chemical dependency counselor.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Graves and the late Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Strahan, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Bridge City High School in Bridge City, Texas, Lamar University in Beaumont and Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He is employed by Healthy Resource Enterprise, Inc., of Houston as a superintendent.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Lewis of Groves, Texas, Ms. Liz Merriman and the late Roy Goeddertz Sr. of Vidor, Texas.

The wedding will Saturday, May 28, 2011, in Hau’ula, Hawaii. A reception will be June 11, 2011, in Groves, Texas.
