NATCHEZ — Services for Dorothy M. Tuccio, 88, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dick Root officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Tuccio was born Nov. 23, 1922, in Fowles, La., the daughter of Oliver I. McMahon and Hazel Crum McMahon. She was a member of Covington Road Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam Tuccio; and one daughter, Nancy Vedrenne.

Survivors include one daughter, Eileen Wickham and husband, Lonnie, of Natchez; four granddaughters, Melissa Lott and husband, Tony, of San Diego, Calif., Jana Whittington and husband, Stephen, of Hattiesburg, Abby Wickham of Natchez and Amber Vedrenne of Meridian; one grandson, John Vedrenne of Meridian; four great-grandchildren, Shelby Lott, Spencer Lott, Caroline Whittington and Landon Whittington; and one sister, Linda Givens of Vidalia.
