Larry D. Johnson, 56, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple assault. Sentenced to 60 days with 34 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Credit given for 26 days already served. Banned from Williams Apartments. Fine set at $450. If ½ is paid, the judge will suspended balance of the fine. Released to family member approved by court – by brother to return to Waterproof, La.

Demetric V. Felder, 25, charged with DUI 1st offense no test. Case dismissed. Felder also pleaded guilty to speeding (67 mph in a 45 mph zone). Fine set at $205. Felder also pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Fine set at $264.
