Friday, May 13:


Jerome Brown, 37, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.


Tiffany Davis, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 30 grams or less (misdemeanor). Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.


Peter Jones III, 28, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $494.


Dalphynie S. Neal, 39, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Fine set at $364.83.


James Melvin Reason, 48, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace of a business. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Natchez Market 2. Fine set at $392 with $192 suspended. Must pay a fine of $200.


Veronica Lynn Skeetes, 30, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace of a business. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $392 with $192 suspended. Must pay a fine of $200.

Jimell Warfield Jr., 19, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $369.


Shamika Nate Williams, 33, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace of a business. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $494.


Felicia Lashae Butler, 32, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for two days already served. Fine set at $444.


Henry Dewayne Hamilton, 29, pleaded guilty to embezzlement less than $500/misdemeanor. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Fine set at $444.

Chadrich Watson, 18, charged with possession of a stolen firearm. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $5,000.


Darrius Kentrell Owens, 18, charged with possession of a stolen firearm. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $5,000.


Catrell Dewayne Carradine, 24, charged with burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $20,000.


Christopher Joseph Mackel, 31, charged with murder. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing is held. Request for bond reduction is denied. Bond remains same at $200,000.


Latabia Conswallo Johnson, 35, charged with three counts of felony false pretense. Case bound over to a grand jury. Conswallo also pleaded guilty to 14 counts of misdemeanor false pretense. No jail time or fine set


Quiero Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor malicious mischief. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Fine set at $294. Restitution set at $200. Johnson also pleaded guilty to two counts of amended charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for two years pending good behavior on each count. Fine set at $344 on each count.


Larry D. Johnson, 56, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple assault. Sentenced to 60 days with 34 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Credit given for 26 days already served. Banned from Williams Apartments. Fine set at $450. If ½ is paid, the judge will suspended balance of the fine. Released to family member approved by court – by brother to return to Waterproof, La.


Wednesday, May 18:


Brent Allen Dossett, 25, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $202.


Demetric V. Felder, 25, charged with DUI 1st offense no test. Case dismissed. Felder also pleaded guilty to speeding (67 mph in a 45 mph zone). Fine set at $205. Felder also pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Fine set at $264.


Robert Marley King, 20, found guilty of shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $467.


Patricia Freeman Wactor, 56, charged with DUI – other substance. Case dismissed. Arresting officer, Gary Nations, on medical retirement and did not appear on served subpoena.


Eddie Ray Flowers, 20, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.


Jimmy D. Beverly pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days already served. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $544.


Willie Lee Thompson pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
