NATCHEZ — Services for Treniva “Bubbee” Tate, 38, of Natchez, who died Friday, May 20, 2011, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Milford Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Alsworth officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. Tate was born July 22, 1972, in Natchez, the daughter of Bernard Tate and Lena Anderson Tate. She was a 1999 graduate of North Natchez High School and attended Milford Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Francis Anderson, Georgia Wilson and Floyd Tate.
Survivors include her mother of Natchez; her father of Kentwood, La.; three children, Lakeisha Bindon, LaToria Bindon and Kendric Bindon, all of Natchez; five sisters, Pamela Minor and Andrea Anderson, both of Natchez, Jackie Martin and husband, Derrick, of Los Angeles, Candace Taylor of New Orleans and Treva Williams and husband, Hilery, of Baton Rouge; four brothers, Troy Tate and wife, Valerie, of Brookhaven, Bernard Tate Jr. of Kenner, La., Karrie Tate and wife, Ingrid, of Kileen, Texas and Gregory Samling and wife, Sasha, of Houston, Texas; and a number of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
