FAYETTE — Services for Bardell “Chuckii” Gaines, 40, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at University Medical Center, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Poplar Hill A.M.E. Church in Fayette with the Rev. Charles Cotton officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
