NATCHEZ — Hannah Mask has joined the staff of The Natchez Democrat as a reporter.

Mask recently moved to Natchez from Tuscaloosa, where she served as assistant news editor at The Crimson White, the campus newspaper of the University of Alabama. Mask also interned as a copy editor and page designer at The Tuscaloosa News in the summer of 2009.

A native of Huntsville, Ala., Mask received her bachelor of arts in journalism from the University of Alabama in 2011.

Mask’s hobbies include reading, writing and knitting.
