Michael Lee Foster, 29, charged with DUI 1st offense test refusal. Case dismissed – state unable to produce any evidence of DUI other substance. Therefore, defense’s motion to dismiss was granted. Foster was also charged with failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Case dismissed – had proof.
Brian Alvin Marvel, 31, found guilty of malicious mischief. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $325. Restitution set at $1,564 to Kendrick Dorsey. One hundred and fifty dollars suspended if defendant enrolls in and completes anger management program.
Virginia P. Jones, 37, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense and one count of felony false pretense. Total fine set at $761.35 on misdemeanor charges. Fine set at $394; restitution set at $234.22; CJF set at $10.00; and T set at $418.88 on felony charge.
