Foster was also charged with failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Case dismissed – had proof.

Brian Alvin Marvel, 31, found guilty of malicious mischief. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $325. Restitution set at $1,564 to Kendrick Dorsey. One hundred and fifty dollars suspended if defendant enrolls in and completes anger management program.
