NATCHEZ — Services for Quinton B. Brown, 18, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 28, 2011, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilsoni Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow at Skinner Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Quinton was born March 15, 1993, in Natchez, the son of Bernard Prater and Terracine Washington Prater. He attended Adams County public schools.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert Washington and Eugene and Mamie Prater.

Survivors include one son, Quinton B. Brown Jr.; his parents; six sisters, Cristal C. Washington, Valencia D. Brown, Ca’Terra C. Brown, all of Natchez, Chanika Prater of McComb, Violet Campbell of Roxie and Cassandra Robinson of Crosby; three brothers, Albert J. Brown, Terrance V. Brown and Adrian O. Brown; maternal grandmother, Carrie Washington; a special friend, Allison McGruder, all of Natchez, and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
