Jeffery L. James, 39, 3664 Jackson Liberty Northwest, Wesson, on charges of disturbing the peace and contempt of court for default in payment.

Count II, felony fleeing a law enforcement officer, is dismissed.

Thursday, April 21:

Archie Kentrell Doss, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Has served his three days. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $444 minus $125 for five days served. Must pay a fine of $319.

Wilneisha Jevonda Fleming, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
