NATCHEZ — The Miss-Lou saw its first rain in days begin just before noon Tuesday. An estimated .65 inches fell from noon to 5 p.m., dropping temperatures to the upper 60s. A 60-percent chance of rain is predicted in today’s forecast with scattered thunderstorms and highs in the mid-80s.
