FAYETTE — Memorial services for Arzelia “Bit” Tenner Ware, 85, of St. Louis, Mo., who died May 10, 2011, in St. Louis, will be at noon today at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Fayette.

Mrs. Ware was born Nov. 10, 1925, in Fayette, the daughter of Charlie and Martha Tenner.

She married Tommie Ware in 1950, and to this union two children were born, Ruby J. Knight and Tommie Ware Jr.

She was preceded in death by her husband; four brothers, Grover Tenner, James Tenner, Climmie Tenner and O.T. Tenner; one sister, Florence Tenner Watson; and three sisters-in-law, Beatrice Tenner, Nettie Tenner and Clara Tenner.

Survivors include one daughter, Ruby J. Knight; one son, Tommie Ware Jr. and wife, Sandra, of St. Louis; one brother, Anderson Tenner; one sister-in-law, Mary L. Tenner, both of Fayette; five grandchildren, Lamar Knight, Darshell Knight, Timothy Ware, Lenay Ware and Ayriona Ware, all of St. Louis; seven great-grandchildren, Wesley Holmes, Andres Holmes and Timothy J. Ware Jr., all of St. Louis, Lauren Knight and Kaylynn Knight, both of Houston, Texas, Tela Ware and Telia Ware; cousin and best friend, Marie Rumble and family; and a number of nieces, nephews, friends and her spiritual brothers and sisters.
