NATCHEZ — Services for Charles Edward Hoye, 45, of Natchez, who died Sunday, July 17, 2011, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pry’s Temple Baptist Church in Cannonsburg with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Hoye was born Jan. 11, 1966, in Natchez, the son of James Hoye and Cora E. Hoye. He attended South Natchez High School and was employed by Old South Winery for a number of years. He was also self-employed as a DJ.

Mr. Hoye was a member of Pry’s Temple Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Brian Keith Hoye.

Survivors include his mother; one son, Dominique Singleton; one daughter, Porsha Singleton; three sisters, Brenda Hoye, Jackie Hoye and Carolyn Lee; six brothers, Michael Hoye, James Dean, Frankie Hoye, Curtis Hoye, James Lee and Jessie Lee.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
