FERRIDAY — Services for Sarah Jane King Green, 96, of Ferriday, who died Monday, July 18, 2011, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2011, at Doty Road Church of God in Ferriday with the Rev. Simeon R. Green III officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. today at Concordia funeral home.

Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis W. Green; and a sister, Mildred.

Survivors include one god child, Dixie A. Banks of New Orleans; a niece she raised as her own, Lucille Green Wells of Ferriday; a sister-in-law, Willie Mae Green of Vidalia; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
