FAYETTE — Memorial services for Janette Ada Prather Cooper, 75, of Liberty, who died Friday, July 22, 2011, at Liberty Community Living Center, were Sunday, July 24, 2011, at Elmo Baptist Church in Fayette.

Mrs. Cooper was born Aug. 7, 1935, in Mississippi, the daughter of Benoit Prather and Lottie R. Arnold Prather. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Bude.

She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sons, Benny and Bobby Cooper; one sister, Annette Clanton; and one son-in-law, Butch Oliver.

Survivors include her husband, Billy L. Cooper; two sons, Steve Cooper and David Cooper; one daughter, Debbie Oliver; and one brother, Bob Prather.
