NATCHEZ — Services for Cadien Patton Shaw Sr., 86, of Madison, formerly of Natchez, who died Friday, July 29, 2011, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Edwin Temple officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Shaw was born Nov. 16, 1924 in Natchez, the son of Lawrence C. Shaw Sr. and Della Cadien Shaw. He was retired from Travelers Insurance Company and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Mr Shaw enjoyed life and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Billie Marie Shaw; one daughter, Barbara Dunn and husband, Wallace; two sons, Louis B. Mulvihill and wife, Judy and Cadien P. “Pat” Shaw Jr.; four grandchildren, Daniel Lamouranne, Bubba Shaw, Cadie Lynn Mulvihill and CAdien P. Shaw III; five great grandchildren, Kimberly Lamouranne, Grayson Manning, Gage Yelverton, Walker Shaw and Zoe Nunez and one brother, Lawrence C. Shaw Jr. and wife, Billie Jo.

Pallbearers will be Larry Shaw, Scott Galbreath Jr., Daniel Lamouranne, Kirby Sabin, Harold House and Jim Jerden.
