VIDALIA — A Monterey man charged with two counts of vehicular negligent injuring was booked into the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Tuesday.

Seth Matthew Paul, 25, 10110 Louisiana 129, was also charged with DWI — first, three counts of no seat belt and careless operation for the incident that happened in April.

According to reports from the Louisiana State Police, at approximately 11 p.m. April 15, Paul was traveling north on Louisiana 129 with two female juveniles in a 2001 Ford truck.

Paul lost control of the truck and exited the right side of the roadway.

The truck then re-entered the roadway and exited on the opposite side before it overturned and ejected Paul.

Paul and the two females were taken to Natchez Regional Medical Center where they were treated for moderate injuries.
