NATCHEZ — Services for Willie Lee “Boo” Chatman, 38, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Greater St. Mark Baptist Church with the Rev. Maurice Irving officiating.
Burial will follow at St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Chatman was born Dec. 1, 1972, in Natchez, the son of Rose C. Robinson and Willie Alexander. He was employed by Walmart SuperCenter in night maintenance.
Survivors include his wife, Nevelyn Chatman; four children, Wylishia Chatman, Richard T. Jackson, Frederick Jackson and Michael Watt; his mother and her husband, Ronnie Robinson; his father; three sisters, Shanadoe “Queen” Chatman, Rhonda Chatman and Joshula Isaac; one brother, Kevin Madison; three step-grandchildren; nine aunts; 10 uncles; mother-in-law, Sadie Jackson; father-in-law, Richard Jackson; three sisters-in-law, Kecia Anderson and husband, Anthony, Rachel Hickombottom and co-pastor Brenda Searcy and husband, Stanley; two brothers-in-law, Michael Jackson and wife, Sharon, and Johnny Jackson and wife, Sonjogela; and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
