NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Marguerite “nee Delaughter” Tirrill, 87, of Natchez, who died Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Marguerite was born April 23, 1924, in Brookhaven, the youngest daughter of William Tillman Delaughter and Ozzie Leona Kelley Delaughter. She was married to Bayard V. Tirrill of Philadelphia, Pa.

Mrs. Tirrill was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters, Inez Walcott and Mildred “Mimi” Vedrenne; and two brothers, Harry Mortee “Monty” Delaughter and Ray Delaughter.

Survivors include four sons, Bill Tirrill of Seattle, Roger Tirrill of North Carolina, Dennis Tirrill and Bob Tirrill, both of Philadelphia; one daughter, Pat Tirrill of Natchez; two grandchildren, Amy and Michael; one great-grandchild, Hannah, all of Philadelphia; one sister, Alma Maddox of Natchez; four nephews and three nieces.
