NATCHEZ — Services for Eugene Watts Sr., 78, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at Adams County Nursing Center, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Hope The Vision Center.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Mr. Watts was born Aug. 7, 1933, in Hermanville, the son of George and Anna Wiggins Watts.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Theresa Watts; one son, Eugene Watts Jr.; and 11 siblings.

Survivors include three daughters, Rosie Fletcher and husband, Marvin, of Birmingham, Ala., Pamela Scott of Illinois and Sharon Brown and husband, Willie, of Natchez; one son, Michael Watts of Jackson; one sister, Annie Bell Malone of Jackson; two special friends, Charlie Douglas and Doris Leonard; 14 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
