FERRIDAY — Services for Luga Jay Joseph, 38, of Atlanta, who died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Harvest Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles G. Chandler officiating.

Burial will follow at Loamland Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Joseph was born May 12, 1973, in Shreveport, La., the son of Luga Joseph and Velmon Doris Haynes.

Survivors include his father of Shreveport; his mother of Natchez; three sisters, Gesilar Joseph, Ashley J. Dominick and husband, the Rev. Ken Dominick and Jeanetta Nelson and husband, Darrone, all of Shreveport; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
