Trinity Tradition Trot

Miss-Lou residents are invited to show school spirit, set a good fitness example and support the PTO at the Trinity Tradition Trot 10k, 5k, and 1 mile fun run Saturday at Beau Pré Country Club.

This year’s theme is “trotting it old school.” Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite old school-spirited outfit (from any school) or dress as they want. The 10k run and 5k walk/run will begin at 7 a.m., and the one-mile fun run for kids will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Even if you don’t plan on running, this will be a fun event — so put on that old letter jacket and come cheer on the participants.

Concession stands will be set up across campus, and a traditional chicken dinner with all the trimmings will be sold in the cafeteria for $5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Meals can be eaten at the festival or taken home.
