Campaign finance reports

Published 12:00 am Friday, November 4, 2011

Campaign finance reports on file at the circuit clerk’s office show how much money each candidate received in donations, and how much they spent. Donations or expenditures under $200 do not have to be itemized. Reports are filed several times over the course of the election. Information from a pre-election report required for all candidates in the primary race was published in July. A second pre-election report was due Nov. 1. Below is a new detailed list of receipts and disbursements filed since the July reports for candidates in all the contested races. Candidates Mike Lazarus and Eddie Walker — who are both uncontested Tuesday — have filed the proper termination reports. No other candidates had turned in the appropriate paperwork by the Nov. 1 deadline.
