NATCHEZ — Services for Cindy Rose Ealey Jones, 49, of Natchez, who died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witnesses with Bro. L.J. Bell officiating.

Burial will follow at Rounds Cemetery in Sibley under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the Kingdom Hall.

Mrs. Jones was born March 5, 1962, the daughter of “Y” “Z” Ealey and Sarah Washington Ealey. She was a 1981 graduate of South Natchez High School. She was a private sitter of Mr. Grover Brown and a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Rosa Mazique Washington; paternal grandparents, David Jr. and Lucinda Barnes Ealey; one brother, Alvin Ealey; and one brother-in-law, Alfred Jones.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Lee Jones; one son, Alvin Ealey; her parents of Natchez; two brothers, David Ealey of Woodville and Edward S. Ealey of Natchez; two nieces; five nephews; five aunts, Mary Jane Newell of Jackson, Mary Passmore and husband, Theodore, of Huntsville, Ala., Bobbie Edwards and husband, Willie, of Tacoma, Wash., Edna Howards and husband, Elvis, of Memphis, Tenn., and Rosie Stewart of Natchez; four great-aunts, Mary Jane Washington, Laura Jones and Lucille Mazique, all of Natchez, and Pearl McDuffie of Seattle, Wash.; two uncles, David Ealey III of Port Hudson, La., and Theodis Ealey and wife, Linda, of Stone Mountain, Ga.; mother-in-law, Edna Rose Strauder of Natchez; two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and a number of cousins and friends.
