NATCHEZ — Services for Ida Mae “LuLu” Donald-Culbert, 60, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Hope The Vision Center.
Burial will follow at Pry’s Temple Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Culbert was born Sept. 3, 1951, in Adams County, the daughter of Albert Knight and Luberta Porterfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Lee Culbert; one sister, Bertha Mae Thomas; three brothers, James Porterfield, Charlie Donald and Mitchel Donald; one brother-in-law, Walter Patterson; one aunt, Annie Mae Norman; three uncles, Willie “Possum” Frye, Samuel Stewart and Richard Norman; two nieces, Elizabeth L. Donald and Kim D. Donald; and a special cousin, Michael Floyd.
Survivors include one daughter, Nicole Donald Kaho; two sons, Benjamin Donald and wife, Fredaca, and Lamonte Donald, all of Natchez; four sisters, Geneva Foley, Cleotha Green, Mary Ann Patterson, all of Natchez, and Josephine Magee of Columbia; three brothers, David Donald and wife, Dessa, of Lincoln, Neb., Willie Donald of Natchez and Robert James Donald of New York; three aunts, Della Thomas and husband, Luther, Mattie Thomas and husband, Wendell, and Adeline Stewart, all of Natchez; four uncles, Clarence Norman, Albert Norman, Kenneth Wayne Beamer, all of Natchez, and Chris Minor of Crosby; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
