NATCHEZ — Services for Debra Lynn Ricke Stewart, 49, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Trinity Episcopal Church with the Rev. Walton Jones officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Mrs. Stewart was born July 24, 1962, in Zwolle, La., the daughter of Arnold William Ricke and Sharon Wright Ricke. She was the assistant director of the Natchez Chamber of Commerce for a number of years and the owner of Westaff services in Vidalia.
Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her father and father-in-law, Van L. Stewart Sr.
Survivors include her husband, James Arthur Stewart; four children, Jamison Leigh Stewart Hash and husband, Lee, Page Alexandra Stewart, Dray Huntington Stewart and Alyssa Christine Stewart, all of Natchez; one grandson, William Michael Hash of Natchez; her mother of Bossier City, La.; two brothers, Gary Lee Ricke of Corpus Christi, Texas and Perry Glenn Ricke and wife, Kim, of Elm Grove, La.; mother-in-law, Barbara Nell Parker Stewart of Natchez; one brother-in-law, Van L. “Butch” Stewart III and wife, Kristy, of Natchez; one sister-in-law, Hunter Stewart Spiers of Natchez; a number of nieces and nephews; and beloved pet, Blazer Stewart.
Pallbearers will be Andy Kaiser, Benjamin Littlepage, Roy Geoghegan, Larry Buckley, Wes Gore, David Dalton “DD” Smith, Parker Pugh, Joe Bailey and Richard Parker.
Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Cooper, Kippy Blaney and M.L. “Binky” Vines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Natchez Adams County Humane Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
