CROSBY — Services for Danny Ray Nettles, 33, of Crosby, who died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at his residence, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hopewell Methodist Church near Crosby.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home in Gloster.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from noon until service time, both at the church.

Danny was born Nov. 27, 1978, the son of Nolan Ray Nettles and Rose Marie McMillian Nettles.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Virgil and Mary Kathryn Nettles, who raised Danny from a small child and maternal grandparents, James McMillan and Frances Murray.

Survivors include three daughters, Haley Nicole Nettles, Layla Gail Nettles and Kassidy Neal Nettles; his father and stepmother, Kandy Nettles; three brothers, Justin Nettles, John Michael Elliott and Preston Elliott; and five sisters, Susan Nettles, Lachelle and Felicia Partin, Adrian and Angie Elliott.

Pallbearers will be Van Lee Nettles, DeWayne McGraw, Duane Bonnette, Richard John Murray, Nolan Murray III, Manly Gilley, Homer Nettles and Chris Cobb.
