BRANDON — Services for Willis C. Bonner, 77, who died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at his residence, were 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at Crossgates Baptist Church with the Rev. Norman Perkins and the Rev. David Jett officiating.

Mr. Bonner was born Jan. 18, 1935, in Sterlington, La., the son of George and Mary Hazel Bonner.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Roy and Lynn Bonner.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Sherlene Bonner; one daughter, Pam Medders and husband, Harry, of Brandon; one granddaughter; one brother, George Bonner of Natchez; and one sister, Mabel Dawson of Shreveport, La.
