FERRIDAY — Memorial services for Mae Belle Cockrell Keenan, 67, of Clayton, who died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, after a lengthy illness, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Maitland Recreation Center.
Arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Keenan was born Jan. 14, 1945, in Mobile, Ala. She was co-owner and operator of Maitland Greenhouse.
Mrs. Keenan was Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Duane Keenan; one daughter, Marilyn Keenan of Gulfport; one son, Donald Keenan and wife, Amanda, of West Monroe, La.; one sister, Era Lea Neely and husband, Burkett; two grandchildren, Riley and Bryar Keenan; and four nephews.
The family extends special thanks to the medical services at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, the Neuro Medical Center in Baton Rouge and the Camille Hospice staff.
