NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Ronnie Wayne Cupit, 61, of Natchez, who died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at his residence, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Casey Smith presiding.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Vidalia.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Cupit was born Nov. 30, 1950, in Brandon, the son of Delton Hardy Cupit and Jamie Roe Pannell Cupit. He was retired from Mississippi Valley Gas Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Dianne Wright Cupit and his parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna “Christie” Buckles and husband, Benny, of Natchez and Jennifer Nunnery and husband, Brian, of Ferriday; three grandchildren, Megan Buckles, Tyler Buckles and Sara Nunnery; one brother, Roddy Cupit of Natchez; two sisters, Becki Smith and husband, Eric, and Sherri Lambert and husband, Richard, all of Natchez; one brother-in-law, Gene Wright and wife, Elizabeth, of Houston, Texas; and his special friends, Ernestine Marshall and Gary Smith.

Pallbearers will be Gene Williams, Mark Williams, Andrew Calvit, Gary Smith and Jerry Stroud.
